1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, item weight, and delivery method.

We currently ship to:

  • Europe

  • Australia

  • Canada

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g. £50+). Details will be visible at checkout.

1.3 Delivery Times (UK Orders)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return physical items if:

  • You notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item;

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging is included.

2.2 Items Exempt from Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital products or downloads (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will reimburse standard return postage.

2.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Email w0bblybits@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the fault or damage

  • A description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
